GHR Global is proud to announce that Mr. Dasun Wickramaratna, Chairman of GHR, has been re-elected to the Executive Committee of the Condominium Developers Association of Sri Lanka (CDASL). This prestigious reappointment was confirmed at the CDASL’s 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which took place at the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Wickramaratna's re-election highlights the confidence placed in his leadership by industry peers and his substantial contributions to the growth of the condominium development sector in Sri Lanka. Under his visionary guidance, GHR Global has transformed from a small team of five to a robust organization of over 200 professionals. The company has completed more than 12 major real estate projects and has pioneered the development of hotel residencies in Sri Lanka, setting new benchmarks in the industry.

At the AGM, other key leadership positions were reaffirmed, with Pinsiri Fernando re-elected as Chairman, Prasanna De Zoysa continuing as Secretary, and Sivarajah Thumilan as Treasurer. The steady leadership of the executive committee ensures continuity in advancing the association’s initiatives.

Key discussions during the AGM revolved around sustainable development practices, advancements in construction technologies, and regulatory frameworks aimed at supporting industry growth while promoting environmental responsibility.
