A Season of Giving: GHR’s Christmas Celebration at Prithipura Communities

On December 21, 2024, GHR celebrated the true spirit of Christmas with the children of Prithipura Communities, a sanctuary for 86 children with disabilities in Wattala. As part of GHR’s Christmas CSR initiative, the day was filled with joy, love, and laughter under the theme “A Season of Giving, A Lifetime of Memories.”

The event featured lively music, games, dancing, and a special appearance by Santa Claus, spreading cheer to everyone present. Students from the University of Kelaniya joined the GHR team to host inclusive activities like hand painting and sing-alongs, bringing smiles to every child’s face.

Led by Chairman Mr. Dasun Wickramarathna, the GHR team distributed toys and donated essential items, including a refrigerator and a medical cabinet, to support Prithipura Communities in their invaluable work. Meals for the entire day were sponsored by GHR, ensuring that both the children and staff enjoyed a warm and festive celebration.

This heartfelt initiative reflects GHR’s commitment to uplifting communities and making a meaningful impact beyond real estate. Together, we created a Christmas to remember, filled with love, gratitude, and unforgettable moments.
